Just got a fitbit blaze. Any chance this thing could cause some sort of interference with my mavic?

I would say, considering I wear an Apple Watch or sometimes my Tag Heuer Connected watch the chances of RF interference is slim to none. You would probably have more interference coming from your phone or tablet but in most cases those do not cause issues either.

I've never had any trouble flying with my Apple Watch and Fitbit Alta.

I have had issues with my Apple Watch causing interference while calibrating the compass. Before the nay-sayers get into it, once I took the watch off and left it inside, the calibration completed successfully.

If in doubt, take it off.
