Flicker on Video Footage

Anyone know how to get rid of this flicker on MVP2? I get it often. I usually shoot in auto.

I tried Flicker Removal under Field Options in Premiere to no avail.

All i know is having to sign up with Microsoft is not happening. You might want to just post the video with youtube or vimeo and posting a link .
