Flickering Video/Screen flickers to white

I have a Mavic 2 Pro and Smart Controller. Lately when flying, the screen flickers to white for a second or less. Not sure what's causing this, Would love to know what is going on and how to solve

How far from the SC is your drone when this happens? Have you noted signal strength around these times?

And does the white flickering show up on recordings, or is it just the screen image?

Are you flying in the same place, or are you seeing this same white flickering when flying at other locations?

Have you had any crashes or hard bumps with it?

None. I get a purple kinda flicker.

I had purple bands on the video once when my aircraft overheated. It was put away while still powered up and did not power down inside the case. DJI repaired it, but charged me a couple hundred US$.

So it can happen because of reasons other than crashes.

With older Phantom models, I recall some folk getting it when the camera/gimbal package wasn't connected properly. There were multi-pin connectors on both ends of at least one ribbon cable that could come loose. The fix was to simply ensure the plug was fully inserted. I'm not sure if there's anything similar for the Mavic models.

Thanks for response. It has to be something else because I never placed drone in storage powered up. I'll have to contact DJI and see what they say.
