I haven't flown my Mavic yet but I've got a silly question to ask, where does the flight data get stored to is on the controller, Mavic or both.

If the Mavic does it own thing and gets lots is the last known position on the controller.
Do i need to activate something first.
Sorry for the daft question.

My manual (v1.6) says flight data gets recorded to the "internal storage of the aircraft". Which would make sense to me. However, I don't find it there. I find it on the (Android) phone within the DJI Go4 app, from the pull-down menu (upper right) "Flight Data".

Its on the mavic, go into assistant 2, flight data then the drive will appear in my computer

The phone also has logs but not as detailed

The mavic logs have been blocked from 1.3.1000 onwards

If you are using the last Assistant2 version and the newest FW, you can copy the .dat-files again to pc.
