So I got the flight deck in today. It fits the ipad 7th gen just fine and it’s nice and snug but dang it’s big and heavy. May swap out for the iPad mini

Yes thats why i went with the mini...the amount of weight on the antennas had me worried also

Looking at the picture it doesn’t really look as if it designed for that RC? If it is try moving the c of g towards you. It is a heavy mount in comparison to some but if you balance it you will be pleasantly surprised

Can you see any way to fit a lanyard beneath the iPad ?
When I used a tablet I had a lanyard on my mount & it took all the weight while balancing things out at the same time.

thanks for the tips guys. Going out flying it for the first time tomorrow so I will see if I can use a lanyard with it and change it up a bit and see how it feels
