Is the display of the total hours of flight / kilometer in the GO4 app definite? Can this data be reliable or can it be manipulated?

Manipulated by who and why? Absent any motivation or benefit it wouldn’t be likely a third party would have an interest in changing it.

If you're talking about the leader board where the logs are listed, that tends to be wrong.
