What is a good Flight Log Decryption program and what is the cost?

I am flying a Mini3 and a Mavic 3 (not classic) with a DJI RC Pro

Try Flight Reader. It has a one-time fee of $79 after the free trial.

I'm the creator.

It can extract more flight log data (from any consumer drone + many enterprise drones) than all other available flight log viewers. In addition, it has no required monthly/yearly fees like all other available options.

Maybe you can download them to some cloud server like OneDrive or Drop Box???

Won't dji discontinuing to let US drones to upload their files to dji's servers kill the auto download feature?
Flight Reader is able to sync flight logs from the DJI Cloud. While syncing has been disabled in the US, that doesn't mean flight logs are no longer accessible since they are stored on the mobile device / DJI RC used to fly.

But, to your point, people should indeed download all of their flight logs from the DJI Cloud (if not also stored on mobile devices or somewhere else) as DJI will disabling that download capability and delete flight logs from the DJI Cloud in the upcoming months.

With Flight Reader, you can also:
  • Manually copy flight logs from your mobile device to your computer and import them into Flight Reader. It's a tried-and-true transfer method, but not as convenient.

  • If running DJI Fly (or other DJI app) on an Android mobile device or DJI RC, you can connect that mobile device or DJI RC to your computer via a USB cable and Flight Reader will automatically sync flight logs from that device.

  • And in the upcoming version of Flight Reader (releasing this week), you'll be able to open a web browser on any mobile device running DJI Fly (or other DJI app), choose flight logs of interest, and import them into Flight Reader over your local network. Since that transfer occurs over a local network, that means both Flight Reader and any mobile device must be connected to the same local network (like your local network at home).
And since Flight Reader is a Windows application running directly on your computer, all of this data is transferred locally without ever touching the Internet. That means it's both secure and much faster than syncing with the DJI Cloud.

See more details here.

That sounds like a winner. While transferring logs manually isn't difficult, it's a pita digging through the directory to find them. Auto sync is a big plus, IMHO. ;)ThumbswayupThumbswayup

Agreed. That's what made the DJI sync process seem so convenient.

And being able to sync files locally is even more convenient (IMHO).
