Flight Log Help

I am trying get to view my flight logs. I can find them on my Samrt Controller. But I have been unsuccessful at getting them loaded and viewed. I have tried many options but no success. Help, what do I need to do and what am I missing? This is for an Air 2s with smart controller.

Which files are you trying to load? Where are you loading and viewing them? What doesn't seem to be working as expected?
