Which app I can use to plan a flight for my DJI Mavic mini drone?

As we speak, there is no app that can do this.
(You have to use DJI Fly to control your drone)

The unofficial word from one DJI tech is that the SDK to support third-party apps will be released in April. Hopefully, the Litchi app will support the Mini shortly thereafter, and the Mini will no longer be the only GPS drone on the market that doesn't support waypoint missions.

Please forgive my way off topic reply, but the last time I did waypoint missions was while active duty U.S.Navy (submarines) programming Tomahawk missiles! It would be interesting though, if the MM had the ability.

It’s May 18th. Still no Flight Planning Mavic Mini it seems...?
