Flight records area naming.

I have only recently purchased my Crystalsky and am very happy with my purchase.

I always connect it via my phones hotspot when flying. When I go into flight records the areas say no map or some other detail but not the area that I flew in.

When I then sync the app on my phone or iPad the place names appear. Any ideas?

I also have this and the uploaded flight records are just listed as Map Loading. I have off line maps saved and fly tethered to a hotspot.
