Flight restriction zones uk and nats app ?

Hi I'm new to the hobby and am confused about flight restriction zones particularly as shown in Nats app. I thought the zone was a radius of 2.5 nm from the centre of the main runway + the 1 nm x 5 nm extension of the runways but Nats shows a mutch larger radius of approximately 15 nm at Belfast International airport. Can anyone explain please ?

Hi yes ive seen that map for Belfast international airport but why does Nats show an area in red 3 times larger ?
