IS there a log file thats stored on the Aircraft ?
Reason I ask is if the connection between the AC and the RC is disconnected and the RTH is triggered and something happens during the return flight - there is no data thats stored on the Device(phone or tablet), I am assuming and no way to learn more of what happened if the AC is recovered.

Just self educating

There are indeed logfiles on the Mavic PRO. You can retrieve those .DAT files via Assistant 2 on your PC/MAC.

Are they stored on the SD card (if one was on the AC during flight) or is there built in memory on the AC (internally)

Yes. You can retrieve those DAT files like this.
Thanks again
I will try that after my next flight - is the DATs stored on the SD or internal memory.
I assume flightlogs are not on there

P.S. Does the spark also include this feature ??? <<--- yup it does i just checked on DATCON

Thanks again

It is an internal memory, not on the accessible memory card.
