flights logs (txt file?) is that the useful one?

Need the flight data from my Air2S today. I got "flight records" file going through my macbook and using itunes, but txt is gibberish. Is there another file or way I should be downloading the logs. I need access to things shown in the DJI app, like flight route and altitudes, etc.
