I thought that Florida preserves were off limits? Please correct me if I'm wrong - there is a whole lot of territory open for exploration if it's legal.

I believe the only off limits areas are the National Park-type preserves. This is a smaller one in Pembroke Pines that does not have a NFZ associated with it.
