Fly More charger no longer charging IPad

I bought the Fly More package last year and I use the charger to charge the quad battery charger, and I use the two USB ports to charge my controller and my iPad mini 4. It used to charge all just fine, but now it no longer charges my iPad mini. Anyone else having this problem?

4 different ones. All 4 work in various other chargers

Yes it does, that's the strange thing

Can you charge any other device? If not, you have a faulty charger.
You should be able to get it covered by your warranty if you want a new one.

Sometimes when the iPad 4 Mini is plugged into a low current charger it acts like it's not charging but it actually is, how long has it been plugged in, do you see any increase in the battery percentage ?

When I plug mine into my PC USB it doesn't show the charging symbol but it actually charges it, much slower, that's all.

My new Mini 4 does not charge on the fly-more charger USB port either (It just says "Not Charging"). Not being an Apple guy, I figured it needed to be plugged into the apple charger that came with it since it does not charge from my computer USB port either. It does charge in my car's 12v plug though.

This is a known problem. Unfortunately there is not a fix that I've heard of
