how do you know he shot at you? looks like he pointed it at you but i didn't see any muzzle flash. he was probably just trying to scare you away

I believe you are right as the drone is in the eye of the FAA a registered aircraft.

From my view he did not shoot at you-- He was looking through his scope to see wtf was going on- You were invading his privacy as far as I'm concerned- And trust me I'm no drone police but this was your bad not his. Looks like they were out deer hunting and taking a coffee break- YOUR BAD!

I agree there was no shot . I own many guns and have recorded my son shooting and a flash would be recorded if the gun was fired . The flash is very bright .
