For an upcoming 107 mission I've been invited to participate in, I need to get some practice flying a drone without benefit of GPS. The drone I will be flying is not a DJI drone but the functionality is basically the same. I plan to take my Mavic 2 Zoom to my radio control flying field and fly the drone without benefit of GPS. Is there a way to disable GPS in the 2 Zoom or manually enter ATTI mode? I did not find anything in a quick scan of the manual, but I miight have missed it. Thanks for any assist.

You can replace one of the flight modes with ATTI. On the right side of the controller there is a sliding switch, where you can choose GPS-mode, Tripod mode and Sport mode.
By changing a parameter you can replace one of them with ATTI. I have replaced Sport with ATTI.
The easiest way to change the parameters is to download the drone-hacks program from drone-hacks.com , and run it on a Windows PC. You don't need to purchase a license to change parameters.
If you are interested I have to come back to you with which parameter should be changed.

OK, power on your Mavic 2 and connect it to a PC with a good quality USB data cable. The drone can be picky on cables.
Launch the Drone-Hacks program and make sure it finds your drone.
Go to the parameter editor and search for fswitch. You will get three lines with the word fswitch.
If you want to replace sport mode with ATTI change the number 8 to 3. See the instructions in the attached image.
Exit the program and power off the drone. On next start the switch on the RC will set the drone in ATTI mode when you slide it to S (previously sport mode).
