Flying in the dark

Hello, I’ve been trying to take pics\video of our Christmas lights at night and the MP seems to drift and fluctuate up/down - I’ve only seen this at night.

Does this have to do with sensors?

Yep. Sensors need good light to function, at least the ones that keep it steady and not running into something.
