Flying in Westchester County NY

Hello everyone. New Mavic Air owner here, located in Westchester County NY. Was wondering if anyone here has contacted the local airport tower here (Hpn) about flying within 5 miles. My home is around 4 miles and wondering how that would go.

Anyone have any other hassle free suggestions of places to fly in the area?
