Flying Inside a warehouse?

It can be done, but taking the precautions listed above are vital. I shot video of a 3-on-3 basketball tournament inside a cinderblock gym (so essentially zero GPS connection) a few months ago, but I made sure the prop guards were on and I watched the drone like a hawk. I’m not new to flying so I felt up for it.

Bottom line to me is if your gut says not yet, don’t risk it. You can do it later once you’re more comfortable and up to the challenge!

I just tried to start flying in my garage Vision only then I flew outside, it stayed in Vision only mode even with a clear view of the sky. When I landed it outside then switched to GPS mode. So it looks like if you start flying in Vision it stays until you land.

I’d test first. Start up, check all the sensors and compass. Drop the prop guards on and put RTH to hover. This drone would be loud as **** indoors tho
