Had a lot of fun flying around ths area near Oatman Arizona. Extremely raw and rugged country with old abandoned mines everywhere. The little Avata can provide perspectives that we do not normally see.

Good morning to all-
That's some good flying and I enjoyed the video work. and those particular cactus are absolutely spawns of Satan. Look so innocent and one touch and you'll remember it for the rest of your life. Horrible things, chollo cactus. thanks for the work- Ed

Interesting footage. It would really suck to crash the Avata in the middle of one of those cholla beds however. I grew up in Phoenix and teddy bear cholla was the bane of my childhood. I still hate that plant.

Very nice flying Paleomanjim. I noticed that black colored rock on the left at 58 and 59 seconds. Really looks out of place. If it happened to be meteorite you could be rich Ha ha.

good flying
Thanks!

True enough, its an experience you never forget! I got into them several times as a teenager and remember trying everything to remove them from my arm with no success. Finally my friend was able to remove it using 2 sticks on either side but practically took my skin with it! Usually they stick ln your shoes and legs.

Yep, I have learned to be careful around Cholla, and especially the Teddy bear type!

Good spot!! I did not notice it before. I have found many meteorites around Franconia Arizona not too far from hear. This is probably basalt but next time I am out there I may have to bring along a Magnet to check it out, might be a big Chondrite!! Thanks
