I’ll be going to Barbados in November for a weeks stay after a Caribbean cruise - does anyone have advice as to how to get required permission to fly there - as I have heard customs confiscate your drone.
Thanks.
If you are going on a cruise you will not go through customs there. The ship will be pre cleared. You may go through a screening but that is mainly for food being brought ashore that shouldn’t be. I wouldn’t worry about having a drone.
You need to carry $250,000 in liability insurance to fly but other then that it seems fairly easy once you complete the required documents and get authorization.
