Follow Me Not Working

It says "weak GPS" and something about "P mode."

I've made sure my phone authorized the Go4 app to access GSP.

I've made sure my phone is on GPS location, not wifi location.

It didn't work on my galaxy s4, so i bought a galaxy s5 and it still didn't work.

i tried it in the middle of nowhere, also in the middle of a park in a city.

not sure what else to do???

Not working for me, either. I touch followme, get message "GPS signal Strong", hit "Apply", but it will not follow and soon loses GPS lock on my position.
