I have recently purchased a DJI Air 2S, however I can’t find follow me on the controls. Can anyone please help.

This sort of flight is part of the App you use, not built into the AC/RC and I don't think DJI Fly has it.
You probably need to get Litchi or similar App which does have this function.

Welcome to the forum. Litchi is a separate application. You use one app or the other.
