Footage Noisy/Warpy

I've noticed on my drone footage, certain things appear slightly noisy - for instance, buildings flickering and its particularly noticeable on the rails of the fence in this video. When the drone moves closer to the fence it looks like stripes moving down the fence rails. Does anyone know what this is and how to avoid?

You can't fix the fence problem. But you can reduce the noise by lowering the ISO. To fix choppy footage, you can set the resolution to 2.7K and set the FPS to 60

The fence looks nice in 4K (just a it of aliasing on the far left one), be aware that resizing to fit your monitor if it has lower resolution will create artifacts.

What were your exact video settings? (FPS, ISO, Shutter)

What memory card did you use exactly?
