Plain and simple, FAA makes the hobbyists take a knowledge test, hobbyists then become Part 107. FAA makes hobbyists register EACH drone, hobbyists then become part 107.
No test, no multiple registrations for hobbyists...PERIOD!
IMHO, Can't have same qualifications for two different authorizations.

I'm not referencing, I am saying.
proposed re-authorization is to test hobbyists and make them register each drone.

FAA test hobbyists, like 107, we are part 107
FAA make hobbyists register each drone, like 107, we are part 107.

Not likely that the proposed Knowledge Test will cover as much as the 107 test.
