FOUND missing Mavic Mini in Chicago - Tom Ping Memorial Park

My friend found a missing Mavic Mini a week or two ago in Chicago. Apparently was dead in a bush. She waited and came back at night to see if it was still there. I don't know a lot of details. Near Tom Ping Memorial Park.

She didn't know what to do but reached out to me so I figured I'd try and find owner.

I already let DJI support know.

If you can provide serial, I'll get the drone back to you!

Anything on the SD card that could help ?

That was my first thought as well.

She sadly doesn't have an SD card reader and I'm not located in the same city as her.. just trying to help from afar.

I guess some of those mini fly aways are coming home to roost.

I hope that you'll be able to find the owner and re-unite them...
It's almost like losing a favorite 'pet'....
