Is anyone else having issues with seemingly very fragile props on the Air3s ? I've had mine a few weeks now, only ever carried in the Fly More bag and have 2 props (both on the front) shear in this way, seemingly on the ground and in transit.

The tips seem wafer thin and very easy to tear. For context, I've never had a prop break on my Mavic 1 or 2 Pros or Mini 3 in near a decade of drone user and transporting them in the same way.

Im aware of the "notch" and not to store the props with them pushed onto the top of the drone but in reality, it seems they always move there in the carry bag or similar whether you want them 2 or not. The breaks seems to be about the area id expect to be stressed from that.

Has anyone else seen props break in this way or has anyone got any good suggestions for carrying the thing in the fly more bag in a way the props don't get pushed or migrate to the top of the drone outside the notice?

The props can break BUT the DJI OEM props are the best your gonna get for the Drone. I would get a prop holder or simply use a rubber band. A case that's made for the Drone is BEST.

Ive tried a rubber band, it pushes the props out of the notch onto the top (i use a rubber band on all my other drones).

A hard case isnt really practical as it takes up even more dead space in a backpack and so on

I’ve had good luck with my props too. Just had it out where my Air3S slipped off while landing on the edge of the landing pad placed top of 3-4 inches of grass. It angled/sloped into the grass before shutting off. I think it did some lawn mowing for a split second before shutting off. Props look fine.

Yeah, done lots of lawn mowing as well as I keep on forgetting my landing pad! I'm thinking they are holding up better than my Air2S although I haven't been as stupid with the new drone.

Just had another one go, the orange tip pulling away from the black plastic. Again on the front.

So ive not used a single spare prop in my Mavic 1,2 Pro or Mini 3 flymore kits ever. Just sat in the cupboard for years.
In 4 weeks of flying the Air3s ive used all the flymore prop options, all on front.

Looks like the only safe way to carry is going to be to remove the front props to stop them getting pushed or bent.

Not sure exactly what's happening with your props, but this holds the tips in the recessed area so they don't catch on something and bend awkwardly. It definitely helps loading into the original case.
Catching isnt the issue, its they seem to get hit inwards and up and over the notch where they're supposed to sit which bends the tips in exactly the place they're snapping. I need something to hold the in the notch and stop them going inwards more than anything.
