Not sure which section of this forum this belongs in but here is my problem. I was flying a Mavic 2 pro for some video For a friend and his boat. Crashed into a dock, lost a propeller But otherwise everything seemed fine (Yes I know I should of replaced the sd card right away but I didn’t since everything seemed fine), so I continued on with the shoot and taking video. When I got home and put the sd card in my sd card can’t be read by my computer. When I click on it it says I have to format my sd card which would cause me to loose all my videos so I won’t do that. I had a 32gb sd card in and now my computer says it is only 31mb. I tried recoverit program and it can’t detect any files on the card. In the drive tools it says it is in a raw file format. Is there anything I can do to get these videos back.

Sorry about your misfortune. This sounds like a corrupted sdcard.
However, with that be said I am unfamiliar with the mavic pro's app to fly with but im assuming with the sd card in the drone you cant see the videos like you can with the fly app?

When I put the sd card back into the drone to view the videos from the dji4 app it says sd card damaged. And won’t let me see any of the videos

Sounds like you might be up the creek without a paddle and the card is corrupted.

However, what brand is the SD card? if It's a name brand one I would check their web site for tools to see if they can fix things. Additionally, have you tried to let windows scan and repair it?

You sure you finished recording before you turned off the rc? It may just need to be finished ...if so put it back in the drone and turn it all on then off then check the sdcard

I get that error sometimes. Try another card slot.

I have not let the computer try and fix it as I’m scared it will erase the videos that are on the card. Thinking about taking it to a data recovery business but was hoping to fix it on my own, it why I tried recoverit.

Yes it was turned off. Prop was replaced and was turned back on. Everything was in working order and received no warnings or anything about sd card errors or anything so continued to fly and take video for about another 20-30 mins. When I got home and discovered my sd card wouldn’t read I put it back into the drone and tried to view the videos through the app and I got sd card error and it won’t show any of the videos.

It doesn’t matter what slot I try. If I click on it it says it has to format my sd card in order to use it. I don’t want to format it because there is video I need to recover off the sd card. When it’s out back into the drone it reads sd card error. When I ran it through the recovery data program Recoverit it was unable to find anything on the card. The card is a 32gb card that now says it’s a 31mb card. I assume something happened to the card when it crashed and Im looking for away to recover the videos that are on the sd card.

1. Don't do anything which writes anything to the card
2. If the computer sees the card, but thinks it is not formatted then at least electrically the card is working, but if it doesn't see a valid file-system on the card things are looking quite bad. Data recovery specialists might be able to help. It can be expensive. But it's also important you don't make things worse (see 1 !)

Don't worry about differences in capacity. I find many if not most cards over state the amount of space they have.

What happens if you put the card back in the aircraft and power it up?

Some silly advice on my part but-
try placing the card back into the bird and turn it on. Record a video, short as it only needs to go into record mode and write to the card (if it will), for only a few seconds. STOP record and shut down the bird. Replace back into your PC and see if it will read now,..
I've recovered in this way before with app issues and disconnects from the bird while in flight/recording,..

good luck
