It took them a couple days but I got my refund for the case purchased on Amazon. Nice case and fits the Mini4 Pro just fine.

As documented above, it took them a while, but they did eventually respond in my case. I can't tell you whether they're still offering the free test or not.

As for the screen cover, yes, I'm using it with a hard screen cover: fits snuggly but fine. I also leave on a neck strap that came with the screen cover that I bought; that also technically fits, but I end up kind of folding it up/jamming it in place if I leave it attached.

I see where they also have another version that may be a better fit with more reviews but no mention of anyone using it with a hard screen cover. FPVtosky makes a hard cover one that fits with the hard screen cover, but it is a heavier and does protect better albeit at a higher price. Going to have to decide soon.
