Fresh Snow carpet in Belgium, which settings do you use for snow landscape

So white balance, any recommended value?
Which ND filter should be used?
You do not need to use an ND filter. You can white balance using your screen to see what makes the snow look the closest to what your eye sees. You may have to manually adjust your aperture settings though because the light sensor will think you have more light than there really is. Therefore, you will be getting rather darker images than you may want. So, basically you may have to open up a little more than what the light meter is telling you it should be. Shooting darker subjects, you often have to go the other way and stop down a bit to get a correct exposure.
