From SF Bay Area, New Mini 4 Pro Owner

Hey all, I'm a new drone user and decided the Mini 4 Pro had the features I've been waiting for all these years so I picked one up a few weeks ago... still haven't done my first flight yet though but planning it now.

Thanks!
Welcome to the forum from the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado! Happy and safe flying!

Greetings from Birmingham Alabama USA, welcome to the forum! We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you any experience flying something with a remote?

A good day can go bad really fast, that is the easy part.

No remote experience whatsoever :D

I've wanted a drone for years and the Mini 4 Pro removed all my reasons for not getting one (360 obstacle avoidance, built-in screen (no phone), under 250g, etc...) and I want to document some of our van's road trips & destinations.

Flew it a few for the first time days ago at Pyramid Lake, NV while we were visiting family. No issues and so fun! (screenshot from video attached)

And a little test video here...

Well, now I'm getting the full picture. 👌
Redwoods. Yep been through few times OMG!
Did some research on how tall trees, well my P3S found a pine 220' - 240'

When the tree Magnet quit it was in 5 pieces.

Anyways, I send you some stuff at some other time.
