done a serch cant find right answers. my drone logged out I can't log in on the controler screen as the log on screen covers what im typing in and i keep getting typos can i log in on a pc? and if so how?mini pro 4

Go to DJI and down load the Assistant 2 for your computer, then hook the computer to the drone and you should be able to do what you need to do.

I'm really having a hard time here tried downloading that *** 2 but then it wouldn't open wants me to buy some program why is this soo hard to get my drone going a again?????

Have you tried scrolling the background into view? I have had this happen on my iPad and that seemed to work.

The installer wouldn't open, but then it asked you to buy a program? Are you sure you were on the DJI website? Post the URL of the site.

If you'll post a screen shot or photo of what you're seeing on your controller, someone might be able to assist.

Folks are willing to help, but they need a clear description of the problem. "the program will not open" isn't very informative.

Were you downloading the DJI Assistant 2 on a computer? Phone? Were you able to download the file? Were you able to install the app? What happens when you try to run it? What error message appears? What steps did you take to try to resolve it?

If you'll post a photo or screen capture of the problem with logging on to the controller, there may be a simple resolution without needing DJI Assistant 2.

I *think* (based on a screen shot) the OP is using a computer running some version of Windows, but that he downloaded the Mac version of the app. If that's the case, he should stop and start over with downloading the right bits.

Macs don't need a separate app to unzip a Zip file. For Windows, he probably already has what he needs to unzip a file.

But no ap is going to help if he has downloaded a version of the app for the wrong operating system (though Macs may be able to run Windows software, depending on how his machine is configured. If he downloaded the Mac version and is trying to run it on a Windows PC, that won't work.

Bottom line: Make sure you have downloaded the version of the app that's appropriate for your operating system, and things should be easy.
