FW SW for MP/RC

I'm just wondering if we have the option of just downloading the FW and save it on PC HD for offline install?
Rather than installing it online hoping that you don't lose connections and whatnot.
I am asking coz I haven't tried to do any upgrading of FW/Apps to my rig and I'm perfectly happy w/ what I have right now (FW .4/GO 4 1.0.5) perfect combo.

No, DJI want to have full control about what they let you install at any given time.

But there's a trick to fool the system to make kind of a backup:
