I have a 17" laptop and have to tried repeatedly to calibrate the vision sensors but keep getting a error message. Is there a minimum screen size in order to calibrate?

I do not have the answer to you question however I do recall reading a thread where resolution was a factor, try lowering the resolution. Take a look at the video in this thread Front vision sensor calibration error?

I can use my HP 17" laptop to calibrate but it often fails, so I mostly use my 24" desktop monitor instead. It works quickly.

Yes, I do not know the exact size, but I used my desktop monitor with no issues. Assistant actually displayed a clear message to me that my screen was too small.
