Just curious if anyone is using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to fly their drone. It's not on the DJI list as they only list up to the S24 Ultra but I am assuming it's compatible. I currently have the S21 Ultra and have no issues with the Fly App and with the current black Friday deals I am thinking about upgrading.

Many users have reported great results using DJI fly and go with that device.

All works well on my S24 Ultra.

I don’t want to highjack this thread, but I have a Galaxy 15. My problem, and I don’t know if all Galaxies are the same, is with the buttons on the right side. It’s very difficult for me to fit the phone on the standard gray controller because the pads that hold it want to hit the on/ off or volume up or volume down buttons. If all buttons were recessed, there might be a fighting chance. The plus and minus buttons stick out and create a problem. Thanks.

My S21ultra is the same especially with the case on it but i can position it where the controller support up top fits right between the volume and power side buttons. But I can take off the case, flip it around where the buttons are on the bottom and they sit behind the bottom support on the controller without the controller pushing on the buttons. Maybe that would work for you.

If so, does the supplied cable reach or did you have to buy a longer one? Thanks for the suggestion.

Well being a former Army guy- way before Drone time. I'm using a Juggernaut ADVTR case and a ANKER (right angle 6ft) usb-c cable w/ USB-A plug. I just simply didn't wanna jeopardize jacking the micro plug housing up and not be able to charge the controller. I'd suggest buy-1 / Cry 1- and get reliable cables.
