Just bought this for the mavic pro

asus nexus 2013 model
2nd generation
processor 1.5ghz quad core
5.0 lollipop
ram 2gb
storage 32gb

I take it this should be ok to use on the mavic pro

Yes, you should be able to run DJI GO on that tablet.
