General settings-single finger, two finger

Good day to all,

Under the general settings, what is the significance of the single finger, two finger setting for. I've selected each respectively but see no difference.
Thanks in advance for your response, as silly as my inquiry maybe.... Jus trying to fully understand as much as possible.

If you swipe vertically on your screen, all the icons disappear leaving just the transmitted video on display. It's a way to view the image without all the clutter.

That setting adjusts the swipe motion to be used with either one or two fingers.
