I have been doing a lot with photography and my drone over the last few years but have not started getting into video. Trying to get the ND filters and shutter speed setting straight has been new and different. I have pasted a few links to a some videos I have created over the last few months. All of them are done in either HLG or Dlog.

Please be 100% honest with me, I can take it! Thank you!

Watch out for those Trees!!!
Very nice stuff if you ask me.
Use caution when mixing a Drone with water activities. (meaning watch closely the ones you aren't filming.)
NICE STUFF.

Nice videos! I don't use ND filters.

I have read and had exoerinces with some choppy video. I guess that can happen when the shutter speed is so much more than the fps. Ideally you need double your shutter speed as the shutter. Or as close as possible.

Video editing was a huge leap for me. It actually took me about a year to learn Premier Pro and I expect to hear lots of pushback and comparison to DaVinci free. I finally found someone to tutor me in Premier, and learned more from You Tube videos. But for me, it waas a very huge learning curve. I was very versed in photo editing for many years when I went through this transition. Now I produce videos with stills mixed in as well as music. I am very happy now with my abilities but it was not easy. Have recently spent about 2 months continuously editing for a trip to Poland and a full week of non stop editing for a photography trip to Utah. Take a look by clicking here. Dale Davis,M.D. or this link.

Agreed, I consider editing with advanced software a lifelong endeavor. Very time-consuming as well since I am so picky and so particular and maybe a perfectionist with each and every video. With so much to learn and so many resources available, I'm always working on something different and with my drone clips, I'm trying to fly at the proper speeds rather than having to speed up or slow down the clips unless it's some type of slow motion or hyper lapse. This summer, it's color and in DR, there's quite a bit to work with so it's going to be years in the making.
