I know this is super late but I managed to fix this if you haven't yet.

Don't even bother

Are you flying a Mavic Air?
Thats seems to be something that can be altered on the Mavic Pro
DJI is currently reviewing my logs re this issue. It happens periodically where the drone yaws corresponding to the gimbal wheel adjustment. Will post DJI's reply to my message.
Subject: Gimbal movement causes drone to yaw
Message: I have had the Mavic Air for 5 months and have flown it extensively. Over the last few weeks, the mavic will now (sometimes) yaw to the left and right responding to the gimbal adjustment moving up and down. I have re-calibrated the gimbal and the sticks but the problem still occurs. This does not happen all of the time but is can create a collision if flying in tight places.
