Problem? I have a Mavic PRO Platinum which I have barely used 3 times for less than 30 minutes total. I can not get it to fly -- RC does not seem to connect to drone. It says "Gimbal not connect.
The unit has never been in any type of crash. I called support they had me link the unit, and that did not work. I also loaded the latest version of software and that also did not work. I pulled out the memory card, given someone reported a problem with the SD card, same results.
I'm using an iphone with the APP, in addition to a SAMSUNG tablet... same issue.
What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)?
I don't know what software version I'm running on the RC... I loaded the latest firmware using the DJI assistant app , but don't know how to upgrade the RC. The GO APP version is v4.3.0 ...
I have made no other changes...
I basically don't think the RC and the APP on the device are communicating, and I'm beginning to suspect the port on the RC where the iphone connects.
