gimbal not responding

I have recently puchased a DJI Mvic Pro and the gimbal is not responding to control pad and i can't record either . I can take photos and see everything live when its flying . Did anyone have this problem . I seen on someones forum about changing SD card what size SD card should i get . anyone any ideas of how to fix this problem .

Was it new when you bought it? Changing the SD card wont help the gimbal move.

We're all assuming you have taken off both plastic gimbal stabilizing travel holder things.. That's a stupid thing to say I know.. I'm sure you have
