Hi all,
I have replaced my mavic 2 pro gimbal after a crash.
New gimbal after turn on calibration has a 45 deg offset in yaw and 6 deg offset in roll.
I tried manual calibration gets stuck on 20%.
tried IMU calib and MAG calib didnt help.
the offset manual fix in the app is up to 10 deg for each axis .
tride the hack with calib via computer with the github code-I ruind main gimbal boards that are stuck in boot mode.
Did anyone see this problem befor? someone maby know how to fix it?
Help pleas

Download and Install Python on a PC.
Download and install DJI tools
JointCoarse will move the gimbal to its extremities and record the values
LinearHall will then centre and level the camera between the extremities discovered.

Video Here!

Tools .
1. Download Python
2. pyserial
3. GitHub - o-gs/dji-firmware-tools: Tools for handling firmwares of DJI products, with focus on quadcopters.

GUIDE :
1. Download all tools
2. Install python
3. extract pyserial and dji tools to C:\DJI\
4. Open "command prompt" as administrator
cd C:\DJI\dji-firmware-tools-master

5. Install pyserial using python script
cd C:\DJI\dji-firmware-tools-master\pyserial-3.4
python setup.py install

Turn ON Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom

Check which COM port (usually com3) [Right click on This PC; and click on Manage; Device Manager> Ports(COM LPT)

Gimbal Calibration
At a command Prompt run
python comm_og_service_tool.py com3 WM240 GimbalCalib Jointcoarse
python comm_og_service_tool.py com3 WM240 GimbalCalib LinearHall

I don't see how DJI Tools can ruin a board. It simply sends instructions to the drone to start certain onboard functions.
Anyhow; How much of the gimbal did you disassemble?
It sounds like there is a faulty connection.
There are six delicate connections between the main board and the camera.
More likely from the movement you have described, if there is a fault, its one of the 4 connections between the main board and the PTZ connection to the gimbal board.

I don't know if this helps (probably not) but I have noticed that when calibrating a gimbal, it is the roll motion which starts at 20%.

good luck
