Gimbal stuck/overload help! Mavic Air 2

Yeah I’m in the same boat,I don’t have the care/refresh package either
It was fine until the update a couple weeks back and now it just doesn’t work at all,I’ve refreshed the firmware only to have it still not calibrate correctly and also i can’t calibrate it in the DJI app ‘stays on 10%’ until it comes up failed

Hook up to the PC and use their software program off the site.

?? To refresh the firmware? I’ve already done that and then calibrated the compass and IMU
