Gimbal when tilted causes drone to yaw

I have noticed in a few of my most recent flights that sometimes when I tilt my gimbal up or down it causes the whole drone to yaw to the left or to the right. It randomly happens and then it sometimes fixes itself. I tried calibrating my remote but that didn't work and I think I am on the latest firmware. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It looks like I am not on the newest firmware. I will update it and see what happens.

I still have the issue from time to time. I haven't figured out a way to fix it yet.
