Gimbal won’t move down past horizontal position

started with guard still on gimbal
Not crashed
Removed guard and shut drone down to restart
Restarted fine but gimbal hung up and wouldn’t drop
restated and tried to recently gimbal which it did but when I tried to recalibrate the gimbal it failed over and over
