My dog grabbed drone from hover and threw it to the ground now gimbal won't go up or down and unstable video

Yes motor overload and remove gimbal plastic piece

Do you have DJI Refresh or other insurance? If not, and you dont want to wait 5-7 weeks for DJI to fix it, you can try to replace it yourself, or I can do it for you.

There are no visible damages outside and inside because the drone crashed into water...
I bought a new motor with cam and will exchange it by myself.
It takes a while until the parts are shipped. I will give an update on this post afterwards.
