Sounds like you are doing the right things. Blow the motors out with the compressed air.... carefully move the gimbal to all of its extremes by hand and see if there is any resistance somewhere, if so then work the gimbal back and forth on that spot to see if it frees up. It may not be solvable without sending back to DJI.

Not a solution, just a possible workaround but you can remove the front lens protector on the camera to see if it lightens things enough to function. I have a lesser drone that works when I do so.
