Gimble stuck error

I have an Air 2 with a rather unusual fault. The gimble calibrates and goes from all corners but once its finished, It's like the gimble doesn't have any control. The controller states gimble stuck error 40002 but won't calibrate and just sits there. The gimble is free from all dirt and never crashed. You can lift the drone up and the gimble will move around freely and not sit perfectly facing forward/level like it does when switched off.

I had a similar gimble error with my MA2, for no apparent reason

I've had a look on YT but couldn't find anyone with a solution to the problem. Could you link the video that you used please

Thank you, I have had a can of compressed air blown all around the drone but that didn't work. I'll have another try and see how I get on. Thank you

An air compressor and/or leaf blower seems like over-kill.
