Glare reduction

Hello, I have had my mavic pro for just over 4 months and I have had a difficult time reducing the glare. I have used different filters, sunshades, etc. but I have found nothing that works. Has anyone had this problem and what have they done to fix it?
 
Where exactly is the glare?
